To help facilitate the development of aviation in Manitoba, the Manitoba Aviation Council, in partnership with a variety of organizations, provides day and weekend training seminars and exercises. These are intended to give flight crews and other personnel, information and qualifications necessary for maintaining and improving the standard of the product we deliver as an industry.

Our most successful courses to date have been Human Factors (HF), Cockpit Resources Management (CRM), Company Safety Officer (CASO) and Safety Management Systems (SMS) training. Recent safety-related courses include Underwater Egress, Dangerous Goods and Winter Survival.
